Sounds like a lot of hype to me. I think most guys here agree that hair dryers should be used sparingly if ever, and only ever on a cool setting. All those bells and whistles aren't required to do that.
I only use a hair dryer if I wash my hair on a morning that I really need to get going early, and don't have time to wait for it to dry naturally.

I've been looking at the brand "CHI," they are about $200. I have a Turbo CHI Flat Iron and I love it. I purchased it when they first came out and it was about $300 (now they are about $150).
I think I may hold off on the hair drier as I'm sure in a few months the initial price will be lowered.
Where did you find the information for the particular drier mentioned?
