Hi People,
I've been away a while so hopefully I'm forgotten.
Just thought I'd drop by with an update and see how everyone is getting on.
This photo represents a little over 3 years of growth from a 1 inch buzz. It falls to about mid-back. At its longest my hair is approx 17 inches (43cm) long which is about the expected growth rate considering I have it trimmed on average every 3 months.
I'm still growing, hoping to get about another years growth before I hit terminal length.
How is everyone anyway? Are the old-faithful still around?

ahh i remmeber seeing your hair growth pictures online and last time i tried to grow my hair out, i checked your growth images a lot but i remember going back to it and the site had gone? do you still have the website anywhere or the growth images? its awesoem to see you post on here and to see your length now! looks awesome!!

Thanks for the update pic and the hair looks in fabulous condition and well looked after. Great sheen and a great colour. Do keep it growing as it's a great inspiration.

Congratulations on three years' growth! Your hair looks great - it doesn't appear to be anywhere near terminal length.
I'm fine, and of course longer-haired than ever. BTW, you are one of the first people I remember when I started posting on this board. From one old faithful to another, welcome back.

I remember several months ago when your last posts were made and i was just a newbie here.
I really enjoy reading your posts and you are a smart guy, good to have around here. Good to see the hair is still growing, it looks really sweet man. In the directory of users you stated your goal length was shouldlerlength but it is good to see that you have reconsidered and decided to go even longer. With that straight hair texture you should milk out a few extra inches , atleast.
Your hair is really healthy aswell so i can tell you really look after it well. Why a trim every 3 months? just a tiny bit for splits?
Anyways, welcome back and take care.

Actually my hair is naturally wavy and thick, I have to work hard with it to get the straighter look.
Yeah I trim mostly for splits, but also to keep my bangs in check and to give my hair some shape. IMO Hair looks a little dull if its all one length and having a variation in length front-to-back gives it a little more interest.
Man you are so beautiful.. I saw one guy with straight hair like yours and at shoulder length, and he had a gotee and I must say he is so hot....
Welcome back Sorted and rest assured that you definitely haven't been forgotten - although it would appear that you were hoping to be judging by your first post, hehe! ;-)
Your hair looks really good as always and I'm sure that you'll be able to grow it for quite some time before it reaches terminal length, certainly more than a year.

great hair man, and you should have no problems getting to waist-length. maybe go for about 6 months without a trim, and see what happens

I remember you saying that you had had enough of the same old questions etc. and you wanted to let 'others take your place' so to speak.
Well the board was never about one person anyway (well, except maybe Victor, but maybe I shouldn't go there ;-), so I'm glad to see that you haven't taken your own POV literally, and are now back with a progress picture.
I understood why you didn't want to be around here anymore, but I'm glad to see your progress, and I hope that you will be coming back here if for nothing ese than that.
When I cut my mid-back hair in 2003 you were one of the main guys on the board, and its fun to remember my first impressions of your hair, and how it is now.
I highly suggest continued growth!
