Hi everyone,
I will be going to Florida for Spring break with my friends. We will be staying in Orlando for 2 days and 1.5 days in Miami. We will be visiting Universal world on the 1st day. and Kennedy space center next day in orlando. But I dont know what else is good in Orlando and Miami. Any information on what to see in florida will be very helpful for us.
Also what are some of the good clubs in orlando and miami (trance, house, dance ones) :D
Please help me out with this. Advance thanks.
Cheers!

go to Islands of Adventure, Sea World, and Disney World (but dont go to the Magic Kingdom bc the rides there aren't that great if you're not a little child). try going to a water park and going down their twisting slides lol they're SOOOOOOO much fun
typhoon lagoon is a good waterpark
Florida is in America. It is famous for its beaches and theme parks.
Cheers!

lol. "Floridadude" is someone's username. Surely 80's metal is more worldly than that.
And well, the lack of punctuation to boot. But no harm done, I suppose.
LOL, LOL....Sorry about that. Dint catch that. hahahahahaha.
Oh noooo! I have commited an awful sin. Please kill me. My punctuation is lacking. I forget to use rabbits ears, ahhh, i mean, inverted commas. My bad. hehehehhe. You didn;tthink i was dat stupid did ya???
Last time I was at disney world I thought Elcopt (how do you spell it??) Center you know the one with the big ass sphere, that was pretty cool. Magic kingdom is only fun for kids, and I was at Sea World too... much better than say any of the six flag place cause at least they got something other than stuff that will scare you. However if you are into thrills there was a stuff called "Space Mountain" or something which is basically an indoor roller coaster. According to my sister she couldnt walk afterwards.
Call me a pussy, but I am too scared to ride rollercoasters. :(
But my buddies are rollercoaster freaks and i am sure they will love it. thanks
Cheers!
Well, there's always Disney World. And in the Dade City/Tampa-ish area there's Busch Gardens, a theme park akin to Universal that I hear rocks. And club-wise, I hear most of the general clubs are in some section called Ybor (pronounced Ee-bore), which I believe is in Tampa.
Ask around for directions, because I can't honestly say where any of these places are.
Hope that helps a bit.
Disney is the best park, even the magic kingdom (its not entirely for kids). Any other park is a disappointment after going there. If you like the party scene, Ybor City or downtown St. Pete at the Bay Walk area rocks. Jannis Landing is great for concerts, but if you go to the bar next door you can hear it for free.
In Orlando, there is Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Medieval Times Restaurant
Daytona Beach has lots of clubs of all kinds.
If you go down on I-95, you'll go thru St. Augustine, oldest town in North America, very historic if you like that, and there is huge indoor outlet mall. Columbia Restaurant is in St. Augustine too. It's very good. Jacksonville is full of different things too. They have a indoor club that looks like a New Orleans street, it's near St. John's Bluff.
If you go down I-75, you'll go thru Ocala, Silver Springs is there, they've got the glass bottom boats and aliigators and stuff.
Sea World is around there somewhere but I can't remember what town.
Once you get past Daytona the beaches are prettier further south, the water is bluer.
I don't know how big of a hurry you are going to be in, but A-1-A highway goes up the Atlantic coast like I-95, but it is much more scenic and goes right along the beach in some places.
I don't know a lot about Miami though, but it's a very large city. Sure there is lots to do. Some parts of it are said to be dangerous too.
Hope you have a fun trip.
Wave at me when you come thru Georgia. I'll be at work.
Thats lot of information. Thank you very much.
Cheers!
Not sure if that was a typo, but Kennedy Space Center is not located in Orlando. KSC is deceptively large, if you take the bus tour, plan on a nearly all-day trip.
I've been to the Disney parks once and for me, once was enough. I thought the rides were "OK" but the parks were way too crowded. I can't imagine what it would be like during spring break. I would like to check out Universal some time, I've heard good thing about that park.
Typhone Lagoon water park has a very large wave pool - large enough to host surfing contests. Good place to visit.
Can't help you on Miami and the clubs. Good luck and have fun.
Uh oh, I was under the notion that KSC was in orlando. Now i have to give it serious thought. :(
thanks for the info.
Cheers!
