Hi chaps!
Sorry, no prog pics yet - I keep forgetting to bring some over. Have you noticed how many people seem to be growing beards and goatees lately? I decided to shave mine off because I was starting to look a bit too much like everyone else but it feels way to chilly now without it so I'm going with the 'designer stubble' for a bit.

why not go for a really big goatee?
I have had mine now going on 4 years and I will never
shave it off again
lol yea, i have one because i'm finally able to grow one
(im 15) although i have not seen very many people with them here
...I could grow a goatee or a beard. Unfortunately I don't have enough hair to do it.
G'day Chap!
Heres some pictures from 2004.

I don't see a lot of people with beards at all, where I live.
I'm getting a bit tired of mine, but it stays at least until the weather gets a bit warmer.
This is taken from my back yard just now:
Would be a bit chilly if I shaved it off now.
That is a beautiful back yard you have there!
I haven't seen snow in years.
It does seem like they're slightly more common than they used to be here (USA), but at the same time, all guys will never grow beards and such. And, even if they did, I would still have a beard just because I love it so. Commonality does not make a thing less enjoyable or pleasant or delightful, as does not exclusivity either.

I had moustache since I could grow it and beard since the early 1990s. The reason for the beard: easier to maintain than a clean shave; I dislike also the idea of putting sharp things on my face...
A Linux Longhair

i've gone without shaving since the end of november. unsure about whether i want to reach terminal length or not

Hi RainMaker,
Actually I hadn't noticed any real increase in the number of people sporting facial hair in the UK, but if there are then it's not really suprising since it currently seems to be the trend for guys to have more hair in general these days.
While I still have long hair I will always have some form of facial hair, because I tend to look strange without any... very strange! I've actually altered my facial hair slightly after alternating between a goatee and moustache or full beard for absolutely ages - I don't know quite how to describe it, but it's kind of like a musketeer style beard and goatee... anyway, it looks good to me! Also, as you said it's a tad chilly here at the moment so you need all the extra insulation that you can get.
By the way, did you read the message that I wrote on the guestbook of your website?
Cheers,

Hi Chris
I've just read your message on my website guestbook. You must have posted that just after I last checked it which was only a few days ago. Thanks for visiting.
If you need any advice about synths, you know who to call...

Hi RainMaker,
Trust me to send the post just after you checked - impeccable timing, eh? I remembered the website from when we first met here and you gave me the link, but it took me a good hour or so to track it down. I probably said it before but I'll say it again, it's a really interesting website and there's a very good balance of different information in there - thumbs up!
I certainly do know who to call for advice on synths, you really do know your stuff - thanks for that.

Hey thanks for the compliment *blushes*
