Re-posted larger...if I'm allowed to upload a pic over 1 MB.
So it's 6 years worth, about 30 inches long, and still growing I hope for some time. Currently it's waist lenght including the wave in the hair (not straightened).

...ignore the post here, I thought it would upload larger...its actually smaller, it doesnt like my large sized pics...
Hello there!
Totally awesome hair! Looks wonderful, and very well kept.
A question: Is that pic old? Because you said it´s waist length, but it goes to mid back in that pic... Anyway, if it is, please post a pic showing your waist length hair! That´s actually the length I´m going for, and I really like seeing other waist length pics!
Bye, take care, and good luck!
That picture is only 2 days old. You can blame my t-shirts for apparent lenght there. My elbows are at waist level pretty exactly, my t-shirt however, reaches about mid-thigh.
how long are your upper arms if your elbows reach your waist??? mine reach the bottom of my ribs
i had forgotten i had already posted it. my bad
Well my elbow reaches about my navel level, which I hear from a lot of sources is where the waist is or the smallest (thinner) point of the torso. My upper arms aren't that long. I'm 5'7" and with my arms fully-extended, (the whole arm can) reach about mid-thighs.
I dont know how arm-to-body proportions work, or ever noticed I'd have long arms either if that's the case. The bottom of my ribs is slightly above my navel by not even a few inches.
Nice hair. For someone of a smaller/skinnier stature the 'waist length' mane looks a very dominant feature.
Infact, i was expecting the hair to be much longer for 6 years.
I suppose trimming takes off length and the fact that the waves hide your true length(and don't i know all about that). Anyways, keep growing it, it can only get longer.
Yes I guess cuts and trims, the few I had, have diminished overall lenght a bit. I don't have an exact date for when I started to grow it. I know that, in 2002, I had shoulder lenght hair. It may be more between 5 and 6 years.
Seems a little short for 6 years with no trims, but on the other hand, it looks trimmed. In any case, it looks like very nice hair, which you should be proud of.
Oh it was trimmed, cut in 2000, trimmed in 2004 and 2005. Just not a lot or regularly. Nothing between 2000 and 2004. 2000 was more than a trim, really a cut, but nothing too short.
Looks great!
He has awesome hair. Why is everyone so hung-up on where "waist-length" is? Most of you must've gotten up on the wrong side of the bed today ;-) (Or maybe some people are just jealous...)
A single hair, on average, only grows for a little over 3 years. If someone has been growing for six years, that doesn't necessarily mean that it was gaining length that entire time. How long do you think someone's hair should be if they started growing 15 years ago? :-)
You have great hair. It's nice to see healthy, maintained, trimmed hair of that length! Keep on growing...
I'd prefer she though please. It's new to me too (to be referred to as female), but nothing that weird.
Considering biology and socialization are horridly over-evaluated factors in gender-determinism, they (biology and socialization principles in society) certainly lack hindsight when considering someone opposed to biology gender-wise. This be why there is so much misinformation and violence about transsexuals.
It just happens.
and well I might not have ovaries, but I'm a girl anyway.
I do appreciate MLHH because of the advice and such given here, it's highly demystified and less mainstream than what you'd generally hear elsewhere, yet awesome tips and advice, and this is why I keep coming back for more too.
Looks great keep it growing.
