Sorry maybe this question wuz asked before but I have been wearing this hat all day 2day, I didn't really take it off me at all.... (The picture above was also taken 2day from my phone) would constantly wearing this hat have an effect at all on the rate my hair grows?? Say if i wuz to use the hat all the time??! Would it slow down growth? due to lack of fresh air getting to my hair??
This is a question I've been wondering about all day.... any comments wud be helpful, thanks dudes!
Don't worry about that happening, the hat won't have any effect on hair growth whatsoever. Hair doesn't rely on fresh air (I rhymed!) to grow and the only thing that would really slow the speed of growth down would be a very poor diet or ill-health. As long as there's a decent blood-supply to the scalp, you've got no problems.
Wear your hat as often as you want - if it's as cold over there in Ireland as it is here in England then you'll need to! :-s

Your hair doesn't need 'fresh air' to grow. As long as you get an adequate diet and are still alive and breathing your scalp follies will get all the blood,oxygen and nutrients they require.
Hats are a great way to combat the awkward phase. Nice pic dude.
It won't slow growth but I heard that, like skin, hair likes a bit of sunlight. So, a bit of fresh air is desirable.
That is an old wive's tale, just like people saying that wearing a hat will make you bald. If it were true, then cops, military personel and anyone in a position requiring a hat would be bald. If you like the hat, wear it and don't worry.
