  i was wondering what ingredients i should look out for when chosing a shampoo. i know alcohol is bad but i notice most shampoos or conditioners have it.

    Altough I haven't found any shampoo which contains
    alcohol, I'm not so thirsty :-P

    I don't know the chemistry behind it but I have read that not all alcohols will be drying to hair so use whatever you have and see if it works for you.
