Ok i know this may sound a kind of odd question but im 14 (15 in july :D ) and i have been growing my hir for about 2 months now. recently i have noticed quite a few of my hairs on the omputer keyboard. i was just wondering if that was normal or not. (incase your wondering aproximatly how many id say about 20-30 hairs. (its a black keyboard yey).
Many thanks
Darren
Yeah is normal, think now there longer you will notice them more on the carpets and keyboard etc.. also before they would end up on the barbers floor there now ending up around your place
Thanks people. i guess thats true that i wouldnt have noticed them before.
Don't even sweat it, i had the same problems and still do...and i posted a board about it long ago i don't know if it's still there or not, it was called: " the scary truth ". Any how i did research and talked to many people and believe me it's very normal to lose 100s of hairstrands a day(especially when your hair is short). Just wait until your hair grows for another year you'll see a complete difference in hairs falling out. I myself used to lose like 140 hair strands a day on my second month and now i lose like 80(with 5 inches of hair).
Good Luck and don't worry!

Very true, and you will lose far fewer still when your hair gets really long. On some days I lose only 5 or so, but my hair is over 3 feet long.

hi darren,
i think this is totally normal ...
i also had more hair-loss between my beginning stage and reaching about shoulder length (well i don't used a conditioner in the first 2-2.5 yrs and combed it when it was wet) - after showering it was extreme - the comb was full of hairs and also in dry condition there were alot of hairs in the comb ...
now i am a about 10 cm below the shoulders and my hair loss decreased to about 10-20 or less hairs per day - and i don't notice any hair loss during showering ...
as many guys here said: u notice the lost hairs because they are longer now and the hair loss will decrease with length !
keep it growin',
