I was just wondering what shapoo you use. A picture would be nice but not very important. I just really want to find out what the most popular shampoo is. i use Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo. its quite nic and leaves the hair quite smooth with a fruity smell.
I use Dove or Pantene Pro V.
I used to use Finesse a couple of months ago. but use Dove now
Herbal Essences.
I've found the green bottle for oily hair to work best for me. The pink bottle for dry hair left my hair too oily.
Hi Jason.
I use the one for 'Normal Hair.'
I have no idea if a specific brand would work better, so I just went for the neutral option.
Dude just wanted to say your hair has come along way and is really lookin cool congrats man.
that's the same shampoo i use. it seems to work very well for me.
Aussie REAL Volume Shampoo for Fine/Thin Hair.

Hi David,
Frizz-Ease is one of the brand names of dimethicone / cyclomethicone. I, too, find it extremely helpful for managing frizzy hair and hair with split-end tendencies.
Happy Growth!

Because of the odd texture and type of hair I have, I use a variety of shampoos. Becoming greasy a couple days after a shower yet being dry by shampooing daily or every other day.
I usually use Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine but recently used Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Oil Shampoo. Stopped using it since Monday because of how drying it became and restored my hair by using my monthly apple cider vinegar rinse before shampooing.
I use various brands of mild shampoos and look at the ingredients when I shop. I prefer shampoos with sodium laureth sulfate and avoid shampoos with ammonium.
Ed
Ed,
What is sodium laureth sulfate? And what is it about it that makes it good?
Is there a chemist in the house?
Sodium laureth sulfate is a surfactant that creates foam and lather. From what I've heard, it's a milder alternative to sodium lauryl sulfate, which is also a foaming agent/surfactant.
There are some urban legends that claim both are dangerous and cause all kinds of diseases, but those are just myths.
I use Matrix "sleek.look" shampoo and conditioner....Matrix has some great products for all kinds of hair. My hair curly/wavy and tends to be dry...so was referred to the Matrix line by a friend and the results have been great. After blowdrying, I use Matrix "sealing serum" to lock in moisture. These products are of high quality and so little is needed for each shampoo and conditioning.
