Hi everybody, long time no see. I was in Florida for Spring break and I had a wonderful time there. Me and my friends visited universal studios and Islands of adventure for two days in florida. Then we drove to miami and stayed there for 2 days. I loved orlando, but Miami was too hot for me as I got used to Michigan weather. hehehhhe. Anyway here are some updates. SO far, I love my hair. It gets a bit tangled up sometimes, but it feels and look good IMO. What do u guys think?

THanks a lot. Even I am not a big fan of middle parting. But that keeps my hair out of my face until i can put it in a pony.

A pony ? for me it is worse than middle part ! Too feminine. And hair on the face is not so bad. It is even sexy. And at least you know your hair is long, you can feel it.

Vacation was totally fine, except i got a mild case of sunburn. Does anybody know how to treat sunburns? RIght now, i have a bit of burning sensation and the skin is peeling off. I have been washing my face with cold water and applying creams. How long does it take to recover?

you have a nice head of hair :) nice and shiny, and curly. if you're ever not in a "curly" mood you could probably brush it perfectly straight like my younger stepsister and one of my friends.
Hey, sometimes i do get bored of this curly look. How can i brush my hair straight without the use of a blow dryer? I was wondering abt that. THanks for the tip.

you should only do this on a rare occasion (like once a week or once every 2 weeks). but when your hair is dry, you should comb it in whatever direction you choose. if your hair is heavy, then you can use a bit of gel if you want.
if your hair isn't heavy then you don't need gel. just brush it a little bit and your hair will straighten out. try using a soft-bristle rather than pure-bristle.
