Greetings:
I've started to notice a lot of local longhairs braiding their hair in one long braid in the back. Guess I just started really noticing how nice and neat it looks because my hair should be long enough to do that now that it's near the bottom of my shoulderblades. Any other guys on here with curly/wavy hair braid their hair? I tried a couple of times this afternoon but it seems hard to grab onto all the curls.
Also, a recommendation for everyone on here: I recently found a flat hairtie/hair band at the drug store. It's made by one of the big names (i.e. Goody), although I can't remember which. On the package it says it doesn't roll out of your hair, and I've discovered that to be quite true. I don't have to retie my pony tail nearly as often. Highly recommended.
Cheers,
Jeremy
Have you tried ponytailing your hair first? It might help with keeping the hair in place.
Some gel, or at least dampness, in your hair might help you hold onto the curls better too. My hair is shorter than yours, but, I've tried making a tiny braid myself, but my curls don't seem to like being grabbed very much, lol.
My hair is fairly wavy, and my wife braids it for me every workday. Haven't mastered the trick of braiding it myself just yet.

I personally think it is ugly when men braid their hair
