I am confused about the blow dryer. I heard as long as it's on the lowest heat setting and a little far away from your head, then it's okay. No damage? At all? If this was true...I wouldn't have so many class tardies. I just shake my head like crazy. When I think about it, it's just air. So I might as well take the blow dryer right? Why is it bad on a heat setting? thx.
probably because too much heat is bad for your hair--especially dry heat. you might as well let your hair air-dry because that's the best thing for it. pat your head with a towel to get some of the excess water out of it.
and i'm not entirely sure how healthy this is, but i think you can squeeze hair from your hair with your hands if it's long enough
I've always heard, and been told that using a blowdryer is bad for your hair. I don't personally use it because I can't stand how my hair goes after I use it. I usually find I can't do anything with it, and it feels really uncomfortable. Much better to spend the extra time to let it dry naturally. Right now, all I need to do is go outside for a few minutes because it's so windy around here at the moment.
haha it's like that in georgia. i usually let my hair air-dry too. but my hair is always dry no matter what i use. i started taking omega 3 two weeks ago. hopefully i'll start seeing some improvements within the next few weeks. although i did notice my hair has gotten a little bit shinier...
