Yes indeed! i can wear my hair down and t-shirt and jeans everyday! i work for american Express customer service on the phone. $9 a hour + benefits + commision , full time! yay.

That's great! I'm guessing you work in a call centre. I did that for three years (for Telstra, Australia's answer to AT&T, British Telecom, etc.) and, fortunately, most companies will allow you to turn up to work in very casual attire, which obviously means men can have long hair and wear it down if they like, since you're only relating to the customer with your voice.
Hope the job works out nicely for you. :)
