Hi everyone IIts been about 6 weeks maybe since I started to use nothing but castile soap everyday to wash my hair and scalp. Im very pleased with the results. My hair stopped thinning rapidly and improved my flaking problem a lot. In the last three weeks I did start using conditioner and it felt like an even better mix. So to everyone who warned me not to cut out conditioner all together, you were right!:) I also have a pic after 18 months of growth. Its been growing pretty quickly lately, possibly due to a good diet change and work out. Since ive been going to school here at kutztown university ive lost 40 pounds!!!:0 lemme know what you all think!
While the picture is not the clearest quality, it does look like your hair is high quality.
It is good that you have found a good routine that works for you. The slow down in the thinning and reduction of flaking might have been correlated moreso to the improved diet and exercise as well as the Castile soap. Yes, conditioner is your friend.
