Hey everyone, im tryong to grow my hair out, but it seems like it will never stay straight. The ends curl out and its just an overall mess. This is the second time i tried groing it out, last time it got to about inches long and was still unruly. Is there any hope for me?

Rest assured, the answer is yes. You have to stay away from future haircuts for a very long time as you get through the "Awkward Stage."
hold in there dude. I have really curly hair to and i didnt even like my hair when it wasnt longish. ive been growing for 18 months and up to about 4 months ago it started to look like long hair and not a big afro. It takes time so just hold in there:)
