I just got home from school (1/2 day today) and red your posts about my Dad threatening to cut off my hair. I will read then again, and absorb the input, and speak with him when he gets home. Let me clasify one point...I did not enter into this agreement. It was a one-sided "agreement"...actually, a threat. My Dad prides himself on follow through, so...I starting to shake. I'll let you know what happens...O God...I'm so damn scared.
If this is for real, and I'm afraid that is is all too real, GET HELP, DON'T WAIT! Your father IS BEING ABSUIVE! Your body is NOT his property. He has a legal responsibility to house, feed and care for you. He does not have a right to trespass on your person.
Most people would kiss and reward their kids for an A to A- avarage!
The fact that he chooses to abuse you about it just emphasizes his sickness. I doubt he will stop at hair. He is just after control!

I hope that he is not going to proceed such a abuse of your integrety. This is not a funny situation and I agree with the others that have post earlier, this is a very sad situation and there is no reason for him to act like that over you. You seem to be a working young men and your score at school are very nice so PLEASE try to convince him that this would be a major arm to your self esteem and try to tell him how important this issue is to you.
