Hello All, Its been a while since I Posted here, mainly due to work and being really busy!
Anyway just a quick question, The Shampoo and conditioner i am currently using is almost all used up, and I Was going to order some more, but somebody told me something, just wondering if its true, or not? Just Thats its better to use a different shampoo and conditioner each time i run out? so the hair dont get used to what you use? So Should I Alternate between a couple everytime I Run out? Cheers in Advance

I have heard that one before and wondered myself. It is just BS.
The theory behind rotating between different shampoos/conditioners is to prevent a residue buildup in your hair. It is unnessesary to keep switching between different brands, find something you like and stick to it. Otherwise you will buy something that might not be too compatible with your hair and then you will be stuck with it for a few months.
If you think you have build-up and your hair is not absorbing moisture(.ie ,'starving' the hair) you could buy a clarifying shampoo which will remove all these cones from your hair. A vinger rinse is also another option, but much more messy and less effective i believe.
To answer your Q in one word...No.
That's what I thought, also. A few days ago, on a business trip, I was talking to a girl who works at the front desk of the hotel where I was staying. She complimented me on my hair and said she used to work as a hair stylist. We were talking about different brands of shampoo, conditioner, etc. and she also mentioned about switching different brands every so often. I didn't quite understand why and she didn't really explain it that well, either. That's ok. I'll stick with GF!
