my mom's hair changes. it's usually dark brown like mine but when she's been out in the sun for a while, or if it's the spring/summer time it turns bloody red. same with my 3rd sister's hair.
My hair is black, and I am not exposed to the sun very often, so no, not really.
I think the sun will fade your hair, I know it fades mine towards the ends and the top layers, but it doesn't turn back to the original color if I'm not in the sun during the winter. It stays the lighter color. The bottom layers of mine is a dark/medium brown, the top is more reddish/blond.
Are they putting that 'Sun-In' stuff in their hair before they get out in the sun?
no this is natural for my family. my grandad is half irish half arab-african. and my mom's hair has been changing red like this ever since she was little. he used to call her "carrot top" lol
It is not unusual for my hair to get a good shade or two lighter by the end of the summer. I guess part of it is that I do like to spend alot of time outdoors at the pool, at the local water park, or down at the river.
