I dreamed about a male friend of mine (with short hair) visiting me in college. Only in the dream, his hair was long. I'm not clear on the details, but I believe there is a strong possibility that it was actually a mullet. Either way, I'm sure there's some symbolism here, and I'd like to know your thoughts on the matter. I'm also interested to know everyone's take on mullets: short in the front, long in the back. Does it count as long hair, or is it an insult to us beautiful men? I have mixed feelings about the matter myself. Well, get back to me. Thanks.

I don't like mullets or even the word 'mullet.' It looks like a compromise. Some compromises are necessary, but some make no sense and it's better to pick one or the other.
Your dream was probably telling you your roommate is more flexible than you had thought and that you may not have really understood him as much as you thought you had.
Just a guess.
