Wow, plus four years is an impressive time of growing, and it looks great!
WOW, Luke!! Does your hair ever grow FAST!!! I don't actually know what the length was when you started growing; but when I started growing mine back after my Y2K devastating haircut, I started from what one might call a "typical guy's hair-length", --- and yet, my hair is just now reaching my belt (which means my hair grows a lot slower than yours)...
Anyway, you have an EXCELLENT looking mane, there!!

don't worry, your hair'll hopefully grow to your desired lenght. if not, there's always extensions, or you could have an operation to make you shorter (if that's possible) lol

What a thrill it must be to have hair that falls past your waist and will soon be able to be considered butt-length.
Enjoy it, be proud of it, and know that there are so many of us out there who are envious as hell and would give just about anything to have your hair.
Keep it growing and keep us posted. You know how we all enjoy knowing that there are guys like you who have stuck with it and have accomplished the goal of having beautiful long waist-length hair.
Say, if I could find a doctor who could do a total hair transplant, would you be willing to . . . no, I suppose not.

Don't get me wrong but you hair looks rather thin and sparse, especially approaching the ends. I have a hinch that you might be nearing terminal quite soon. Either way, your hair looks magnificent and it is very admirable that you have stuck with this for the past 5 years. Take care Luke.
i do worry about it looking a bit thin. not had any trims since i started growing, and plus my family (well, my dad's side) has a history of premature baldness. my uncle had similar length hair to me, and he's lost a lot since going short, even though he's only in his early thirties. hopefully i won't reach terminal soon.

keep getting people asking to touch the beard, but equally get hassle from my reactionary relatives (my grandma said i look like an Islamic fundamentalist). that's just stereotyping. not as good as yours though
