I just stumbled upon this site. I have been growing my hair for about 6 months now. It got past my shoulders in the back so i just had the back cut. My hair close to my neckline is kind of frizzy anyway. The rest of it is slowly but surely becoming one length. My goal is to be able to tie the hairs on my forehead back in a pony tail with the rest of my hair. I get so darn discusted with my stubborn hair on the sides. Those hairs are close to 8 inches long and either stick out or just lay straight down. I guess gravity is doing its job. I am heavily relying on hairspray to keep them "swept back". It creates a very nasty look. Is there anything else I can try. I can't wait until THEY are long enough to tie into a pony tail. Man this "in between" stage really sucks!
