My Problem is that my hair is very dry and not good grow. Please tell me this matter my age is 21 years old sex male.

Condition. Condition. Condition. My hair tends to be dry, too. I only wash my hair 2-3 times per week. When I do I use a good conditioner, followed by a leave-in conditioner, then work in a conditioning mousse. I use a deep conditioner every week or 2.
