  Thanks for responding. Do you have any suggestions for styles? Even if it's a feminine style it could probably be addapted a little. I just can't think of anyone with long hair that is wavy.

    When you say wavy I assume that you mean it is not really curly then. I must admit I too have been stuggling a bit to think of people - although this is in part due to wavy is a bit vague - for example Claudia Schaeffer and Elle McPherson sometimes have wavy hair other times it is straightened and yet other times they have it curled. For male figures I was wondering about the guy in Dr Quinn Medicine Woman - don't know his name because I never watch it, just know of him - or even Kevin Sorbo is it - the guy who plays Hercules. He has wavyish hair too.

      I just recalled that someone else here once asked about a style worn by Stephanie Seymour and I found this link. There are lots of images and she has wavy hair - you may find something close to what you want here or at least something that may point you in a certain direction. Post a link to any image that catches your eye if you want feedback.

        Cath: The length is exactly right. Her hair seems much straighter than mine (although mine is not that wavy). Do you think that she straightens it? Rather than going through that I would prefer to find a style that is designed for my hair.

          Sorry I don't know if she straightens it, but some styles are curly and others less so - so I guess she either has straight hair and curls it to some extent a lot, or has wavy hair and curls it sometimes and straightens it others. I was hoping in amongst all the pics there may be something you could use. All can suggest at this stage is keep looking, but if I can think of anyone else or see anything I will post.
