Hi all. There is this problem I have with my hair lately,it's very dry.Could it be because I stopped using conditioner for a few days?I used conditioner today, but the problem didn't seem to improve.any suggestions? Also,In your opinion, what is the best conditioner out there? Is Garnier fructis good, the one I"m currently using? Thanks.
Yes, I yield excellent results with GF conditioner. I also have naturally dry hair, but by deep conditioning i can keep the curls in good health. Have you read Mr Bill Choiser's FAQ?
I suggest you read it and then come back to me :)
That info is like the longhaired bible.
Stop shampooing everyday, if you havent already. Only shampoo a few times a week, maximum. How often you shampoo and condition depends on your hair type and what gives best results. Good luck.
can you point me in the right direction? :)

Hi, CA
I use a new product from Pantene ProV, it's from the new Restoratives products line. I shampoo(since it's summer way too often)generally twice a week with the Restorative Breakage Defense Shampoo and then use the Restorative Leave in Detangling Creme. The latter has great conditioning quality and helps with breakage. They really seem to do the job well. I was using Garnier products last year and then switched to Nexxus Humectrus and now back to Pantene products. I actully think my hair responds well to a complete change about every six months anyway. As long as the products are good quality and you use them correctly you shouldn't have any problems ther. Over shampooing will do damage no doubt in my mind about that. So read the page 80's Metal pointed you to and you should have long undamaged hair soon. Take care, Eat A Peach For Peace! RedTail Wolf
