How long have you been growing your hair out for and how short was it when you started?
19 months, 10 inches. Very short when i started. Why?
Man i could kill you, i remeber you said you average .75" per month. That is way above average. In 2 years your hair will be 18 inches long, at the rate! I think my hair is .5 " a month. Although i don't eat that great.
I9 months is a long time.. I just wondered as my hair is fairly curly (although not really in the same league as yours) - so i could work out how long it might take me to achieve the length that you have.
I'm currently at just under the 11 month mark with 8.25 inches of hair.. yay :)
Had started to get worried that it had slowed down because i wasnt seeing any visible progress... until i looked at past pictures.. reassuring..
18 inches of hair in 2 years... now there IS somethign to look forward to! I think I may have achieved my goal length by then!
Is there any evidence to back up that poor eating results in poor hair growth?
