Okay guys I posted before as rloboy@hotmail.com and also as robert-before I knew there was already someone else who used that name lol, if you remeber me Im the kid who was forced into a haircut and such, well that was about a month ago. Now Im back and regrowing and having some major progress, it seems that within the last month not only did I grow a inch taller, but that my hair has been growing like a weed too :). It also seems much softer/curlier, maybe thats because I haven't been so harsh on it with heavy-harsh-ruff-hot-water shampooing and all. Well heres the link to the gallery

Actually ever since the forced cut I think I took something positive out of it rather then dwell on the negativity, it made me stronger and more determined for one. I now know for sure that next time [if there is a next time] that my parents try to pressure me into cutting my hair, I wont give in. Also, I am taking way better care of my hair, which has resulted in silky-smooth soft and much more defined curls as my hair is suposed to be- not dry crunchy and damgaged-texture. So, yeah. I am feeling better then ever and the ladies have noticed too and I have recieved many new comments on the condition of my hair, and am glad to see some progress among myself and among all of you.As for my goal? I have been thinking and have decided my goal is most definantly terminal length. I'd like to personally thank you hans-uwe for the supportive email you sent be before, and to thank ESDI-80 for all the supportive comments you have made. Also Id like say to 80's metal, bragi, and all others who have too faced discrimination based on their hair- stay strong and proud. :p on a lighter note, 80's metal, I really hope my hair one day turns out something like yours, your curls ar quite perfect, im sure it drives the ladies crazy. Oh also, any notice in my pictures that facial hair thats sprouting-should I let it grow or what [if its any help, thats 3 days worth of facial growth]? Hmm or should I wait until it grows in thicker?

Okay so yeah im going on a 9-10 day camping trip tommorow, what is the best method of handling your hair when you use the condition-only no shampoo method? I need advise for handling the hair out in the wilderness. Thanks.
Hi Robert,
if you go on camping, just make sure you can wash your hair with water every day when you sweat a lot. I understand it's getting hot already in Florida. All in all, you should be fine with the condition-only method. You still can use shampoo if your hair gets really greasy, or dusty.
Have a great trip!
