  I was wondering how long does it take for you to be able to swing your hair around, I think I grew mine out for 4 months, and I couldn't do it, and ended up cutting it, my hair has a very ruff feeling to it, and is also very thick, so maybe thats why? or was it just not long enough?

    It wasnt long enough far from it I would say the minimum is at the very least is 10 months could be even longer than that and this also will depend alot oh how your hair is cut now the shorter your hair is the long it will take you to grow it and swing it as you say and if your hair is cut in different lengths to like ive seen your picture sporting a High & Tight !
