When you can feel it against your back!
Due to the recent warm weather, I've been spending a lot of time going shirtless around the house as well as at the pool and down at the river (and probably getting to much sun while I am at it, but that is another topic - plus that is what they make sunblock for :) ). I've always liked how my hair felt against my back and nearly forgotten about that until now that my hair is growing back.
>You know your hair is getting long....
when people tell you to get a hair cut.
Yeah. "You need a haircut." I just want to slap them.
Tell them to get a life!!!

...when it gets caught on door knobs. God, I hate door knobs, they are perfectly designed to snag hair.
...when you end up sitting on it while riding your bicycle. I tie up the end of it to prevent this.
...when you have to use care that you don't place your hand on it when getting up from sitting on the ground.

You know your hair is long when ...
When your kitten just loves to hide on a furniture, and when the opportunity comes, sticks his paws in your hair as you pass by.
When entering the men's washroom, some smart aleck points towards the ladie's room.
When somebody yells "HIPPY!" or "JESUS!" from a passing car.
When other people start talking to you about their favorite metal bands, or guitar playing techniques :) (I am not a musician).
When the lifeguard at the pool tells you to wear a bathing cap.
When people comment on how beautiful it looks :)
Have a nice day,

When your hair gets caught in your mouth
When it hurts to lift your head off the bed because your lying all over your hair
When you look in the mirror and you see it is long.
My latest is when one has to brush one's hair aside when tying one's shoe laces.
