I've been thinking about either cutting my hair to a short pompadour style or keep it long, i dunno, sometimes my hair can feel so damn dry and frizzy, especially after i've just washed it, although it isn't like that in this pic because i last showered 2 days ago + i added a little Brylcreem for some shine..
though it would feel a bit wasted to just cut it short now considering i've been growing for more than a year..
what you guy's think?
With hair as great as that............keep it. It WILL settle down. You are still in the Awkward Stage but getting closer and closer to the end of it.
listen up buddy.what i would do is try diffrent shampoo/conditioner and there all kinds of them out there
try finding one that leaves ur hair feeling they way you want.
and maybe just give it alittle trim.you know everything will turn outjust good.
Hi Simpa,
by all means, keep it growing, and be patient - it'll even out by itself! If you want, you could have a 1/2 to 1-inch trim, but not more. Be careful in the choice of the stylist and ask other long-haired male customers of that stylist. Let me be specific - a trim is NOT really needed in my eyes.
Your hair looks quite great already, and it'll only get better.
Keep it up!

Yeah when hell freezers over why wouldd you want to cut it just use conditioner a bit more to try to reduce your dryness of your hair thought you was very happy wearing your hair in a ponytail As I did quote it suited you in a ponytail even though im not a fan of them myself I wear them to !!!
So Plewase Dont cut of I vote NO

I asked someone else in a different post, but I'll ask you too. Is your hair currently layered? If so, that may be the reason it frizzes up on the ends. But, it looks to me like you have good hair. So, don't give up on it. If it's layered, you might try having about an inch trimmed off of the ends once every couple of months or so until the layers are all grown out and allow it to thicken up more so that the weight of it will smooth out those frizzy areas naturally.
I'd just get a trim in the back and start conditioning my hair more often if I were you. The top looks fine; it's just a few wispy ends you've got in the back that are causing the problem.
I personally prefer the look of your when it's down to the ponytail, but you can pull off both. You're lucky to be able to do that, and you should wear your long hair with pride, especially if your only reason for cutting is a couple thin strands in the back.
Keep it!
Eh, fastidiousness is fun.:P
Fallen, you are so like me... I can totally relate! :-)
Of course you know the answer already! It looks great, just try some differences in your routine and products but no way would I give that great hair up!
Keep it growing out my friend. I grew mine out from a pomp and as much as it as okay then I like it better long.
