So what do you call this haircut that I've been seeing more in recent months?
It's like a bowlcut/undercut, except that it's worn pushed straight up and away from the scalp in all directions.
First saw it about three years ago, mostly on teenagers, but seeing it a little more these days. Haven't yet seen it on a guy in business garb yet, but I'm sure it's coming.
Not long hair, of course, but extreme(ish) anyway.

Exactly. Had never heard a name for it before. They were the first (and only) "celebrities" I'd seen with it. Usually, by now, a fad haircut has made its way to an actor or two. Still seems to be pretty underground after a few years--but spreading.
I know what your talking about, a lot of guys around here have that cut (mostly the "preppy" crowd) but it kind of irritates me because most of these guys consider themselves longhairs.
It is basically like a bowl cut with the hair flipping out on all sides...
