Just thought I'd share..
Looks great. I like the way it tends to appear relatively straight until close to the ends, then it gets all those curls. Very nice!

great hair! i have one question for u. Is it difficult for u to comb the ends of your hair? the curly/wavy end. I ask because my hair is very similar to yours but the curly/waves at the end are impossible to brush. i think they are too tangled and might have to get a trim later on. Thanks

I try not to comb my hair when it's dry..only after washing it, simply cause it's much easier that way. So yes..sometimes it's difficult to comb the ends of my hair when dry. I had a trim last month and before that it was even more difficult, as you can imagine, cause the ends were a bit dry and I used to get more tangles. A good way to remove most of the tangles is when you're in the shower..after conditioning your hair..run your fingers through it and try to remove most of the tangles..then the comb does the rest for me after I get out of the shower. I read somewhere that it's not good to comb your hair when it's wet cause it's way more fagile..or elastic..or whatever and it tens to break..but I've never had any problems...I still have plenty of hair so far. Do what works best for you and for your hair. I hope I answered your question.
yea, ive got a friend who also brushes his hair while wet. i dont know if ill do that but i might go for those trims. thanks alot, and once again, great hair!

Thank you. Yep, all natural..I don't do anything to my hair, just wash it and let it dry..and it's like that. It's kind of strange cause my hair is all wavy but then it gets all this curls at the ends. But I like it, eh.
My hair has always been straight for the most part, with just a small flip on the left side. As my hair's been growing out, I noticed a nice, gentle curl on both sides. The longer it gets, the more the curl shows... I sorta like it! :)

I can't remember if you posted a long time back saying that you were thinking of cutting your hair.
If so, then I'm sure you realise that your perseverance was a very, very, very good thing!
Your hair looks wonderful. I love the side part on top (is that your natural part?) and just overall, your hair is shiny, healthy and 'alive' if you know what I mean.
What are your future goals though?
With hair like this you could maintian it like this and come off fantastic, or you could grow it to your waist and look equally (but in a different way) great.

I've never posted saying that I wanted to cut my hair..not that I remember.
Nope it's not my natural part...somehow I always part my hair a bit to the right and it looks very bad that way cause then I obviously have more hair on the left and I don't like the look. There's a good solution for that though..I just have to part my hair in the middle aha. Thanks again.
Ohhoo, sorry. My goal is elbow lenght..which means almost waist lenght.
For those who are wondering...I've been growing my hair for 26 months...considering I'm 6'3" and have quite a long ultra huge neck I think it has grown quite a bit lol.
Also..still answering to Deanof316 my natural part actually tries to show in the pic..that's where my natural part is.
