This is me, in my yard, enjoying a California afternoon. The lights are on but nobody's home.
Wow! Is that EVER impressive looking long hair! :-)
If I were to try doing what you are at my age most likely I would snap in two! LOL
Makes at least 2 of us! Gotta go to the gym more often... :)

What kind of stretech is this for? The lower back?
Is it pilates, yoga etc?
Is it dangerous!?
(Yor hair is looking great by the way. Also, even though I can't bend like a pretezel-although I haven't really tried yet-I love the feeling of doing exercises like chin-ups in the gym and feeling my hair flowing out behind me/and on my back).
Backbends are about confronting fear, fear of the unknown. They are also said to open the heart chakra. These changes take place not just in our bodies, but in our everyday lives. However, sometimes I just call it exercise, lol.
Aw, great hair. Is that your natural colour? I like it!!
Wow,, that is some impressive stance! Incredible when you can distract us from hair that good :)
That stretch looks like it would be painful and relaxing at the same time, well maybe relaxing after you got back up!
You certainly have exotic backyard plants in California, makes me long for a vacation out west :)
HOLY CHIROPRACTICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But, wait a minute... YOU are home! So, the lights are on (especially that big light bulb still shining in the sky), and YOU are home, --- just that your home looked upside-down to you at the time!

PS - Truly an AMAZING pic there!!!
Great stance and Hair. Ahhh to be young again.

Cool picture no doubt. Shows some great long hair and adept flexibility.
I have never tried that (yoga) but I think I need to. Anything to bring balance. But I can contort myself, and touch things with things that most can't and some think you're freaky for it, but it feels good to really stretch. We used to have to stretch before sports practices and stuff, and I was always the only one who could bend over and put my hands flat on the floor and such as that.
Not at home? Well if you stay at home all the time, you never learn anything new and go to any different places. What is the fun in that???
