... taken about a week ago. I usually wear my hair loose when not at work. The longer it gets the less of a problem it becomes - I'm guessing that is because it gets heavier as it gets longer.

Ha ha ha Karsten...........you certainly have solved the problem of fly-aways with long hair. But really, to those who don't know how wonderful it is to have such nice long hair as does Karsten, it is treasured so much that it can make one feel like it should be under lock and key as it is so valuable and such a treasure to have.

You have really cool hair Karsten, but i was just wondering, for how long have you been growing and have you ever had a buzz cut before?:)
I had a buzz cut back during the summer of 2002. I had cut off almost 3 years of growth ... dumb, dumb, dumb!!!
What I have now is just about 4 years of growth with trims about every two months. The photo shows me back in July of 2002 and how I look now. (Think of how much longer my hair would be now if I did not get it all cut off back then.)

I think that long hair looks much better, and crew cuts look too severe on you.

Hmm... I didn't think I'd be saying this about a comparison photo, but the short hair actually does look better than I expected
Of course, on the other hand, the long hair rules!
The short hair does suit you, but In my opinion you look quite scary!
You have a much more worldly, gentle, wise look now.
