Just today, I was checking out the local Sally Beauty Supply store that is all of but a block from my house (imagine that, an entire store dedicated to hair-care products and accessories! And believe me, you name it, they pretty much had it!).
I asked the lady there for a recommendation on a good shampoo and conditioner, especially for somebody like me with my thick, fine hair that spends a lot of time outdoors, both at the pool and at the river. She recommended I tried this Ion swimmer's shampoo and conditioner. They have both regular and leave-in conditioner. I am going to try the leave-in conditioner myself for now and see how it works. I opted to get the more general purpose wash-out conditioner for daily use instead of the "swimmer's" conditioner, since I was nearly out of the conditioner that I am currently using (a cheap no-name brand).
