  So I swam at my aunt's vacation house without a swimming cap. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but I definitely would like to have a swimming cap next time. I am having trouble about which one should I buy (there's spandex,lycra, and silicone). Speedo.com isn't answering back!

  Which ones DON'T pull your hair? I know SPANDEX does. Man, did that suck. Anyone with long hair swim with a cap? If so, what works best for you? I hate the chlorine smell and what it can do to your hair.

    Buy a SILICONE swim cap. They are inexpensive and do not pull the hair. I have one myself but i usually feel alittle self conscious wearing it. Spandex? Isn't that the stuff Bon Jovi used to wear in the 80s? lol

      yes, you definitely want a silicone cap. i have a speedo cap that i got at my local sporting goods store.
