I know every person's hair is individual and it requires different products but I was wondering if you'd like to share what shampoos & conditioners you use since I'd like to try something that works. The Aussie products are not imported in Bulgaria so I'd have to stick to something else
I just buy whatever looks like a good deal - I do use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner at the same time though, but that changes quite often when I go to buy new stuff.
I just finished using Pantene's Ice Shine stuff which I found to be pretty good - not sure if it made my hair shiny or not but I only needed a small amount of shampoo in a single lathering and found I was only having to shampoo my hair once a week, and probably could have gone for longer than that but I hate washing my hair mid-week if I can help it, so would just do it at the weekend.
It was on offer when I bought it so I got the serum stuff as well and I still have tons of that left which I am using on damp hair after washing and it is making it very easy to detangle. I limit it to the ends and the back though, because it made my hair very soft and silky at the front and it wouldn't stay out of the way. My hair is naturally straight so maybe if you had frizzy hair it would tame it down a bit.
I don't normally notice much change with shampoos and conditioners but I may well buy that again at some stage so I guess I would recommend it.
lol garnier fructis conditioner does it for me =) havent shampooed for a looong time
I've been using Garnier Fructis products for the last 6 months and have been very satified with them. I usually shampoo once or twice a week, give my hair a good water rinse every day, and use the conditioner about every other day. Hope this helps...

I've been using Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shiny for several months now. While it cleans my hair just fine, it has not done much of anything for reducing the "frizzies" as it claimed, so looks like I'll be trying something new.

Oh I'm using Garnier Fructis as well at the moment but for volume and energy (at least it says so on the label) and is pretty good. Some people told me their scalp itches after using Fructis shampoo and conditioner but it was fine with me.
I've never had any itching problems with GF products. But, since everyone's body chemistry is different, I'm not surprised that some people would have reactions to it...

I was also using Garnier Fructis when I posted the thread and still am. Just wondering -- what Fructis conditioner do you use? Mine is for volume the same as the shampoo (Volume & Energy) and I also put afterwards anti-breaking leave-in Garnier Fructis cream.
