  Hey guys

  I just found this lying around the house, the ELVIVE anti-frizz serum Smooth-Intense. And i thought i try it out on the hair at the back of my head since it tends to get really wavy. But i was wondering, do you apply it to towel-dried hair after a shower right before you make your hair, or do you apply it afterwards when your hair is completely dry?
