My wife recently tried this Mane & Tail shampoo and conditioner, and seems to think it's the best thing since sliced bread. Of course, her hair is so fried from coloring, straightening, blow-drying, poor choice of product, and what have you, it's often difficult for me to see any change...Anybody here tried it or know anything about it?
I found it amusing, it has directions for use on livestock, and directions for use on humans. 8^)

I'm using it. The "Deep Moisturizing" variety. It's good. Leaves hair clean, soft, without that frizz.
Got a shampoo and conditioner (32 Fl Oz each) at Walgreens for $6.99 recently.
It was developed initially for horses' manes, but story has it that one of the jockey's wife used it for her hair, and found it worked equally well for humans. It became a shampoo for both humans and horses eventually.
That's what I use and frankly I'm in love with the stuff. It's atleast worth a try if your interested and it's great to use even for the mere novelty of it. How often do you hear people say they use horse shampoo?
