Hey everyone haven't posted my progress in a couple months. would post pics but batteries just died when i turned the cam on. but i was really wondering in the growth process of long hair, is having many many sprouts of hair sticking up everywhere normal? my hair is just now almost past my chin all around but i have many many many small sprouts everywhere and i am getting worried. i never used to have this many. i have them EVERYWHERE.
Hi krislee, if those "sprouts", as you call them have a blunt tip on them, it could be due to breakage. If the tips on them come to a point, there is no breakage, they are new growth. (You may need help from a friend with a magnifying glass to verify this.) Summer, is for many, a time of increased shedding and new growth to replace what is shed.
