IM 13 AND I HAVE KINDA SHORT HAIR WITH BLONDE HIGHLITES ONLY ON THEN TOP AND I WAS WONDERING WAT TYPE OF SHAMPOO AND CONDITENER SHOULD I USE TO MAKE IT GROW LONG
No shampoos will promote growth - just staying away from having scissors near your hair will work well.
They have no effect what so ever on the speed of your hair growth. Just, ignore peoples comments and jelousy and stay away from all scissors for awhile. pease
And also, stay away from the CAPS LOCK key. :-)
