I'm not a fan of mullets either, but does that give others the right to decide how you're going to wear your hair to the point of cutting it off if they don't like it.

Stupid of them...but it was a mullet. Mullets are one of the worst haircuts that can possibly exist. :P
...to cut off people's hair whether the victim is male or female. It's
an attack on a person's body. In fact, you can't even cut people's clothing.
I will never understand where some people get the idea that they have the 'right' to
do things like that.
"Only" if you allow them to do so and are too weak to stand your ground.
Doesn't anyone suspect that the whole scene was staged?
