Is there anyone on this board from Asia? Ever thought of organizing an Asian meet or something?
Just like Hans-Uwe and Jason met because Jason was visiting the area I have been to a lot of meets from other boards that come about when an out-of-towner drops in. It helps that you have your location in the directory so if someone is in Taipei on business or vacation they know you are there too if they want to meet up.
Another way to find longhairs is to focus on your portion of the world by searching for a long hair board in another language. Good luck, Tai Fu, I hope one day you get to post meet pictures.

Perhaps someone from down under could organize a travel meet? like in Hong Kong or something... (its more affordable for me to travel there...)
I want to add... I wish I can find a longhair board in Taiwan or something but I can't type in chinese at all... thats the main problem that kept me from being able to maximize the use of the internet in this portion of the world...
That is one hard language to learn...
