Hey Guys:
I found this picture of Ricky Martin on the net and I think his hair look really cool. Does he have a perm in this picture or is it natural curl? Thanks.

I'm certainly not an expert, but it doesn't look like a perm to me. If it's not completely natural, maybe rollers or a curling iron was used to add some curl. I think it's fairly common for hair which is straight when it is short to get more wavy or even curly when it gets longer, especially if it's allowed to dry without much styling.
