I know it says that vitamins will help with over all condition, but not growth. but! im growing from a bald head and i get jacked on vitamins 3x a day. my hair looks good and is growing at what i think is ok rate. my question is, should a person using vitamins and herbs who belives it works cycle them? if so what is an acceptable cycle? does a person build up a tolerance to vitamins and herbs like medications? or does it keep you running at a even level?
thanks!

your physical appearance and overall health should improve if you've been sick or just weren't healthy before...other than that i dont think anything else will happen so i doubt you will need to build up a tolerance. vitamins and herbs arent like medicated drugs.
I would be more inclined not to rely on isolated vitamins you buy in bottles, but instead make sure you eat a good diet of natural foods that are full of all the vitamins you need. Some supplements are certainly worthwhile and some are a waste of time. I take spirulina which is considered a perfect food because it contains virtually everything you need. They say you could live on it if you had nothing else to eat (though it would be boring!). Spirulina can be bought as powder or tablets.
I think if you give your body good food, it will function better and that would include hair growth.
