Hello there,
My hair is still growing and is nearing mid back. However, I have been noticing that it is tangling much easier now. My ends are frizzy and tangle up easy. I have been washing and conditioning with Garniar Long and Strong for hard to grow hair. I have not been washing so frequent as before. I have been shampooing one day and just rinsing the other two. Lately I have been just conditioning the two days I do not use shampoo. This seems to work better and my hair is nice and soft. What I have found that seems to do the trick is to condition, and then with a wide tooth comb, comb my hair back and down, then rinse, towel dry, and comb again. I have been doing that this week and I don't seems to have the mess of tangles like I used to.

You might try "Finger Combing" starting at the bottoms and working your way up. This is the most gentle of all. Then if desired follow-up with a wide toothed comb.
This is the ONLY way EdG does his hair.............and look what he's got! And, at my present length I too do it all the time.
If there is still no success, look for "Split-Ends" and have them removed.
Good luck. Hope the above helps.
hehe, or you could just let them tangle ;)
