Hello there, I'm Lynzee and I live in San Francisco. I actually grew up with long haired guys, so I'm particulartly fond, and can appreciate all the work that goes into maintaining it. I think my biker/musician engulfed younger years actually inspired the purple streak in my hair, and I was wondering if any of you had an opinion on dyeing?
Beautiful and sexy =D you look like someone with a colourful personality so the hair suits it and purple is a lovely colour.. love it =D if you want to arrange a marriage with me... reply and we'll sort something out!

Well, colours are aesthetically pleasing, even some pretty radical colours like purple and blue, but.. In the hair's best interest, I'd definitely stay away from them myself! The only dyes I'd ever go near are henna and indigo, but even then I prefer my natural colour. Luckily for people with interests in radical colours, henna can make your hair a very bright red.
I think dying can be fun as long as you use something that can be washed out over time (ie 6 months). Otherwise, I'll pass, thanks.

I wouldn't dye mine, but it looks great on you; and you have a lovely smile too.
The purple looks great and a nice contrast to the natural colour of you're hair. Really nice picture too.

I used to dye my hair occasionally, and I will in the future, but I don't do it now, just because my hair is worn-down already.
Yay! Purple hair is the best. My natural hair colour is very very dull and I have dyed my hair in some way since the age of about 15. For a while I bleached it very blond and then, several years later, when it was too damaged at the ends to continue on that course I dyed it purple like yours, but all over, and then went down the henna road until all the bleachedness had grown out. People used to sing Prince's "Purple Rain" at me in the street (it was the 80s after all) and less often I'd get a bit of "Purple Haze" from passers by, lol. Happy days.... These days my hair is red but I keep a bit at the front blond as I find it stays where it's put better when it's bleached and I think blond suits me better so I get the effect without killing all of my hair.

Purple looks silly and
any chemical treatment of the hair is bad news.
The purple is cool. I just use henna mixes on my own hair and avoid synthetic dyes, but WTH, it looks good on you.
The only thing I know is that it looks amazing on you..I really love it..
