Here's a new pic..long time since I last posted here..sorry for that...I've been growing mine for almost 2 years and a half..it's way below my shoulders now ...FINALLY!

Cool hair man, thats the kind of thing im going for. I was wondering how bad was the awkward stage for you, say 8 months in, as I am there now and have been before and its always where I cave and cut it as it always gets big as apposed to long. Did you have that problem and if so did you remedy it or just battle through it?

It was definitely hard for me...cause my hair is not straight so I had all kinds of flips..my hair was never in the right place..I didn't do anything special..apart from trying to let it as down as possible and getting pissed off with it constantly..and fighting with it at all times..well you get the picture lol. Hang in there..you'll make it too.

I live in Portugal and it has not been a problem so far..it's common to see some long hairs out there. My family and friends are fine with it..so nothing else matters I suppose ehe. Good luck on your journey.

You're lucky because you have the kind of face (and luxuriant type of hair too) that means either a long or short hairstyle will be ideal on you.

WOW, now that is some hair to envy. It looks absolutely fantastic and proof that you not only have great hair but brilliant hair care as well. That is some great length for the 2 years that you have currently been growing you're hair for. It is truly inspiring to me as i'm sure to so many others as well.
