Hi all. Quick update. Started my Chemo treatment for Lymphoma 2 weeks ago. Woke up this morning and was losing hair like crazy. Had my sister come over at Lunch time to cut off my tail. 9 inches. Niece will come over tonight and give me a buzz cut. Small price for me to pay saving my life. Am in good spirts and know I will be a surviver. Keep me in your prayers.
Best wishes, Gene. Clearly, hair is not the thing to be concerned about right now, and you are right. It will grow back. Hang in there and focus on your healing.

Studies show attitude is important! Not just for fighting disease, either. We "healthy" people can all benefit from a healthy attitude. It sounds like you're on the right path.

Gene, I know a guy who went through chemo for lymphoma--he's okay now and his hair is growing (or grown) back by now. Prayers.
