After what seems like forever i've finally posted an update on my hair growth. My hair seems to have been in really good condition after having a centimeter trimmed off about a month ago. I know that cutting isn't always best and that it's better to let it grow uninterrupted but the ends were really worn and I did manage to go a full year without any trims and the improvement has been great.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the regularity of washing you're hair. I currently wash mine most days with the odd interval between and condition it every other day. Do you guys think that it's better to go a day between washes as I sometimes notice an improvement in the quality of my hair when I don't wash it everyday. I was thinking of trying a deep conditioner and was wondering what is best to try.
Anyway here are some pics that i took yesterday.
Here's is another pic as I still can't get more than one to come up at a time.
Sorry for posting the same message three times as something went wrong while posting.

Your hair is coming along nicely, and I like the color. I'll be hitting 13 months in about a week or so. Anyways, keep us all posted on your progress and keep it growin and flowin \m/
Your hair seems to be coming along nicely. As for the shampooing and conditioning, even though I'm still in the early stages, I will shampoo and condition one day and then use only conditioner the next two. There aren't any split ends and my hair is quite healthy and shiny.
As for a deep conditioner, once a week or so, I use Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask. Shampoo, use this stuff, and then rinse after five minutes or so and you'll be golden. I've been quite satisfied with it and it's not too pricey either.
Anyway, keep up the good growing and hope that helps! =)

Your hair is looking good. As for washing, I know a lot of guys here alternate a plain water wash on some days, just to preserve your natural oils. I do this a nd it seams to help.

Hair looks terrific, very healthy and shiny, even if the picture looks like it was transmitted from Mars :)
Thanks alot Chris, yes this pic was taken from my computer's webcam which explains the poor quality. I think you're new avatar pic looks even better than the old one and you have definatley come very far yourself. My hair always annoys me no matter how many positive remarks I recieve as it can be so unruly on certain days.
Thanks for the response and keep at it yourself.
