I've had my hair the same length since i was born. 22 years of boring short stuff 3" max. It seems not to grow past a point, are there any ways (vitamins, etc.) to help grow it out. I'm starting now at about 1 - 1 1/2". i seem to be looking at about a year to get it at about 6" right? that's my goal. wish me luck and if you can help me with any info to help my hair grow out better and possibly faster, it'll help. thanks
kevin
Hey Kevin...welcome to the world of Longhairs.
You might want to read some of the other threads over the past couple of weeks. There are some vitamin tips in them.
I am a bit of a sceptic myself but I have to tell you that one or a combination of a couple of vitamins is helping me right now. I think it's the Biotin I'm taking.
Good luck.........
Hi Kevin,
Just pasted 15 months without a haircut, my hair is about 1" below my chin on the sides and front, between my shoulder blades in the back. Just started taking Biotin 600 a few weeks ago and I really seems to be working, I can see the difference in the growth rate already! I take 1200 Mcg per day (2 tabs), give it a try
